Meet the Captain
Kion Wilson
With over 25 years of experience on the waters of the Gulf Coast, Captain Kion Wilson is truly a master of his craft. His passion for fishing began at a young age, spending all his free time teaching himself how to fish. What started as a childhood hobby quickly turned into a lifelong obsession. By age 16, Kion was already an accomplished angler, developing an encyclopedic knowledge of fish species, seasons, and prime fishing spots.
After playing in the NFL, Kion realized his calling was to share his love of fishing with others as a charter captain. He obtained his captain's license and began leading fishing expeditions, thrilling guests by putting them on the fish in even the most challenging conditions. Kion’s expertise, intuition, and tireless work ethic have earned him a reputation as one of the most skilled and trusted guides in the region.

Tampa Bay itself offers a wealth of exceptional fishing destinations for anglers. The Sunshine Skyway Bridge is a renowned spot for catching species like snook, tarpon, mackerel, and cobia from its lengthy fishing piers. Bishop's Harbor, located along the mouth of the bay, contains mangrove shorelines and shallow flats that are prime habitats for redfish, snook, and trout.
